• Head of Quality Assurance of Electromechanical Components of a medium-sized company in the electrical engineering industry.
• 2001 Founding of the engineering office Herter with a focus on FMEA, risk analyses and quality management
• since 2002 freelance trainer and certified consultant of Plato GmbH (software training and training of FMEA; CP, PFC, template management)
